Welcome & Refreshments Team

We take welcoming seriously at St Mary’s — and yes, we love a good cuppa! 
Join our team to help set up and serve refreshments, or just be a friendly face on the door. It’s a simple way to meet people, get involved, and make Sundays feel warm and inviting for everyone.

StM Kids Team

We’re so grateful for the families who worship with us, and our kids’ groups are a big part of church life. If you love seeing children grow in their relationship with Jesus — and don’t mind a bit of noise and fun — this team is for you! Come alongside our amazing Kids Team and make a difference in the lives of our youngest church members.

Worship Team

We love worshipping God with music and song at St Mary’s, and our musicians help lead us on Sundays. If you feel called to use your musical gifts to serve and inspire others, this is the team for you — come and be part of our worship family!

Tech & Live Production

Our services rely on a great technical team to make worship and teaching accessible for everyone. From audio mixing to ProPresenter displays, this team helps the congregation encounter God through sound and visuals. No experience? No problem — we provide in-house training. Media Team

If you love capturing moments on camera, the Media Team is a brilliant way to serve. From Sunday services to Toddler Group, Lilyfield, and other events, you’ll help show what life at St Mary’s is really like — and give people a glimpse of our community in action!Building & Grounds Maintenance

Building & Grounds Team

Our church sits on some lovely grounds, and we like to keep both the inside and outside looking tidy and safe. Volunteers help with everything from keeping pathways clear to general maintenance — no gardening experience needed. A great way to serve behind the scenes and make St Mary’s feel welcoming for everyone!

Parent & Toddler Group

Our Minis group runs on Wednesday mornings — a fun, relaxed space for babies, toddlers, and their parents or carers. We’re always looking for extra hands to help with setup, drinks, chatting with parents, or keeping an eye on the little ones. It’s a great way to meet families and get involved in the community.

Admin & Co-ordination Roles

We’ve got a bunch of people gifted in admin, communications, finance, and coordinating teams. If that’s you, there are opportunities to serve behind the scenes and help church life run smoothly. Reach out to the Ops team or click the link above to register your interest.
